Position: VP - Sales & Marketing
Experience: Minimum 15 year of Expertise in the field of Sales & Marketing
Salary: up to 18 Lpa (negotiable as per experience) + Incentives
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a forward-thinking sales and marketing strategy to achieve company sales targets and brand objectives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
-Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships that can drive growth and revenue.
-Streamline and optimize the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
-Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, including real estate agencies, brokers, and other stakeholders.
-Develop programs and incentives to attract and retain channel partners, ensuring their loyalty and commitment to the company.
-Lead and manage the sales team, providing strategic direction, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
-Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and objectives for the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
-Oversee marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities, both online and offline, to enhance the companys market presence.
-Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adapt marketing strategies as needed.
-Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and revenue streams.
-Evaluate and recommend new markets, projects, and investment opportunities based on market research.
-Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the companys reach and distribution.
-Ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to relevant industry regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
Skills:
-Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and a deep understanding of channel partner dynamics.
-Strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and analytics.
-Professional certifications in real estate, sales, or marketing may be an advantage.
-A strong network and relationships within the real estate and channel partner community.
