Job Description:
  • Establishment of a Co- working space including:-
    • Make out a Business Plan
    • Planning of the space including the planning of Phases to ensure maximum profitability
    • Budgeting of the same
    • Execution of works to create the facility with phases being taken up without disruption
    • Identify the Staff requirement and Hire Manpower for Operation
  • Operation of the Co- Working Space:-
    • Identification and implementing activities for day to day running
    • Implement all activities like marketing and tie up with Property Consultants to get clients
    • Costing and Accounting of above
    • Continuous monitoring and initiate actions to ensure profitability
  • Business development
    • Responsible for setting and achieving sales objectives, maintain high occupancy rates, and pricing and generating good revenue
    • Conduct tours for prospective members and ensure that new members will fit with coworking space culture
    • Onboard new client /coworking members and introduces them to the community
  • Devise and execute local marketing strategies to generate leads Establish “look alike” audiences, cold call, email to attract new clientele 
    • Market and advertise our coworking space and events on social media and through other local marketing channels and community leaders to generate interest in coworking space.
  • Follow up on a frequent basis with prospective members, document activity in CRM and marketing platform 
    • Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors and other stake holders
    • Managing and monitoring budget and long-term strategy and business plans
    • Overseeing project management, including but not limited to renovation, facility upgrades, and potentially new site development
    • Input and maintain accurate data across various platforms (billing, customer data, inventory)

Facilities and space management

  • Manage all building operations to the satisfaction of members
  • Maximize uptime and availability of key facilities assets like the Wifi network, kitchen, printers/copiers… etc.
  • Keep members aware of facilities issues that may impact them
  • Make recommendations to the owners about new features or perks that will entice members
  • Submit maintenance tickets for repairs to the facility and key equipment
  • Ensure cleaning is conducted to spec
  • Attend the Customer service issues
  • Oversees lobby/reception area to ensure all visitors and first-time guests enjoy a positive first impression; at a minimum, ensures the front desk is properly staffed at all times
  • Track and record daily traffic into the coworking space and maintain a log.
  • Assist with leasing new office spaces and collect rent.
  • Track usage and maintain bookings of meeting/ conference rooms.
  • Collect monthly feedback from customers
  • Other duties as required for success
  • Personnel management
    • Plan and on board required team members based on the requirement
    • Manage a team to achieve the community, sales, and facilities goals stated above
    • Be responsible for the professional development of each team member
    • Conduct regular meetings with the entire team to ensure members are aligned on key initiatives and performance goals
    • Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to review the status of individual tasks and goals
    • Lead regular performance reviews of team members
    • Share perspectives on the team with ownership
