  • Leading the team members and ensuring the operational metrics have been adhered.
  • Ensure the capacity thru hiring and managing all People Connect initiatives.
  • Ensuring that self & team members are well training in resolving all the queries/requests/ of the customers.
  • Responsible for end-to-end performance of the team.
  • Works through all functions and Managers to achieve desired business KPIs like SLs, Quality/Shrinkage, and Attrition.

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Any bachelor’s degree (Must be completed)
  • Good command of English both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently within clearly defined parameters and accordingly take decisions.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations with a sense of ownership & accountability.
