Press Shop Operator
Job Description:
Location :- Bhosari
Press Shop operations with Progressive tools and Hi Speed presses.
Hands on experience in tool setting machine parameter is must.
> Experience Plan and execute production target in press shop.
> Should be well versed in Production planning and utilisation of resource including operator efficiency.
> Manpower & their grievance handling.
> Control online rework/ rejection using SPC and other statistical technique.
>Hands on experience for working on initiatives like 5S, Lean, VSM.
>Control & Analyze customer complaints and provide necessary improvement measures in process.
