Service and Support Engineer
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers over phone, email, or in-person
• Install and commission products at customer sites
• Preventive Maintain and repair products as needed
• Conduct product training and presentations to customers
• Provide regular reports to management on service activities and performance
• Collaborate with the network team and sales team and other internal teams to ensure
seamless delivery of solutions
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, billing, and customer information
• Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
Requirements:
• ITI/Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or service engineering roles
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical power distribution and protection
products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
• Proficient in using service management tools
