Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM), to join our talented team.

Responsibilities:

  1. ServiceNow Development:

    • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITSM modules.
    • Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements.
  2. ITSM Module Expertise:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in core ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient ServiceNow configurations.
  3. Integration and Automation:

    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
    • Design and implement automation solutions to enhance ITSM processes.
  4. Customization and Scripting:

    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality.
    • Customize forms, lists, and workflows to optimize user experience.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, support, and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM.
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
  2. ITSM Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with core ITSM modules in ServiceNow.
  3. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  4. Certifications:

    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management is a plus.
  5. Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
