Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - ITOM

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time

 

We are currently seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM), to join our talented team.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. ServiceNow Development:

    • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITOM modules.
    • Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements related to IT Operations Management.
  2. ITOM Module Expertise:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in core ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate them into efficient ServiceNow ITOM configurations.
  3. Integration and Automation:

    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to enhance ITOM capabilities.
    • Design and implement automation solutions to optimize operational workflows.
  4. Customization and Scripting:

    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality for IT Operations Management.
    • Customize forms, lists, and workflows to improve the overall user experience.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, infrastructure, and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM).
    • Proven expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules.
  2. Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
  3. ITOM Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of IT Operations Management processes and best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with core ITOM modules in ServiceNow.
  4. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
  5. Certifications:

    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Operations Management is a plus.
  6. Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
