We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Development:

   • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HR Service Delivery modules.
   • Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements related to HR Service Delivery.

2. HRSD Module Expertise:

   • Demonstrate proficiency in core HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Agent Workspace.
   • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into efficient ServiceNow HRSD configurations.

3. Integration and Automation:

   • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and tools to streamline processes.
   • Design and implement automation solutions to optimize HR service delivery workflows.

4. Customization and Scripting:

   • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality for HRSD.
   • Customize forms, lists, and workflows to improve the overall user experience for HR processes.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
   • Communicate effectively with HR teams to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

   • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
   • Proven expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
   • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.

3. HRSD Knowledge:

   • In-depth understanding of HR service delivery processes and best practices.
   • Hands-on experience with core HRSD modules in ServiceNow.

4. Communication Skills:

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions.

5. Certifications:

   • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HR Service Delivery is a plus.

6. Education:

   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
