Mechanical Design Engineer, Bangalore -Lithium ION Battery
Job Description:
Knowledge of Complete Lithium ION Battery Life Cycle.
Knowledge of types of cells/modules, battery pack and architecture, etc.
Having the ability to work on simulations as well as frequency and static analysis.
Familiar with solid work CAD software creating CAD model, assemblies BOM for battery and for manufacturing prototype.
Hands on knowledge on battery packaging series/parallel calculations for battery sizing.
Coordination with other design departments/ suppliers for design and development activities.
Conceptualization, layout, design and development of EV lithium ion battery pack.
Improvements of existing products in terms of design.
