Job Description:

The Driller is the person on a rig who is in charge of the well drilling process, they supervise the crew and the running of the rig itself. They are responsible for monitoring things like pressure build-ups and gas levels, with safety being of paramount importance.
drillers are responsible for supporting and assisting drilling crews in the extraction of minerals, oil and gas, or water. They commonly work under the supervision of a driller, who is the individual ultimately responsible for overseeing all aspects of the drilling operation. drillers may be tasked with performing any number of duties related to the drilling process. This might include monitoring equipment, ensuring that it’s functioning properly, handling routine maintenance tasks, keeping track of inventory, etc. They may also be called upon to assist with other tasks such as rigging up new equipment, moving supplies around on site, etc.
