Job Description:

Please Note: This will be a contractual opportunity on DIRECT company payroll for 12 months. (Contract extension depends on the performance)

Work Time: 9 Hours General Shift

Working days: 5 days

Experience required: 3-5 Years in capex procurement (Pharma/chemical industry)

Salary: Best in the industry

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling capital items procurement
• Preparing commercial comparative based on quotation received
• Handle procurement activities for commodity items like structural steel, cement, pipe and fittings, valves, pumps, engineering items.
• Handle procurement for utility equipments like DG sets, Chillers, cooling towers, compressors etc.
• Handle procurement activities for QA/QC and R&D instruments.
• Handle service contracts like Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and cleanroom partition, painting etc.
• Negotiations with suppliers, PR/PO Process, follow up for material with suppliers
• Delivery tracking of all orders
• Preparing monthly MIS reports
• Co-ordination with stores for GRN and with accounts team for invoice booking
• Co-ordination with accounts team for release of vendor payment on time
• Monitoring pending PR, Open PO and timely closure of the same.
  
  

Skills Required:

• Should have handled Capex procurement for API & Formulation facilities in Pharma industry.
• Exposure in pharma equipment, Utility equipment’s & contracts (Civil Electrical, Mechanical HVAC etc.)
• Sound reporting and presentation skills
• Clear communication skills, both verbally and in written format.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Good in MS Excel
• Ability to influence key stakeholders
