Manager / Senior Manager - Business Excellence

Job Description:

• Total 10 – 12 year of experience in manufacturing industry out of which minimum of 5 years of experience/competency and training in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma tools, techniques and methodologies, including Kaizen and 5S. 
• Preferred Exposure in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Oil & Gas/ Pharma/ API industries

• Lean Manufacturing 
• Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) 
• Awareness of QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) 
• Aware about the safety norms 
• Industrial Processes/ Practices

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Good Project Management skills 
• High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point) 
• Ability to influence and build relationships, motivating and inspiring others through effective communication and presentation skills.
• Verbal & Written Communication (English)

1. Driving process improvement projects by leveraging lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques  
2. Challenging and supporting site leadership team to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. 
3. Work as a change agent and partner with site stakeholders to ensure consistent and steady progress in accordance with Business Excellence Roadmap/Strategy. 
4. Working with plant team to identify the flow improvement opportunities and cost optimization opportunities and support site team to execute the identified projects/ programs. 
5. Build site dashboards to track, monitor, and report improvements. Use statistical methods and techniques gap analysis for improvement, monitor the results, and help site leadership to drive improvement initiatives. 
6. Horizontal deployments and spreading the learnings across products, business lines, plants etc. 
7. Provide training to site team on various tool and techniques of Business Excellence. 
8. Support in designing and preparing B. Ex. Related MIS required by Senior Management/ Corp. Offices.
