Manager - Customer Service
Job Description:
1 direct and manage all activities relating to the delivery of effective customer service
2 liaise with other department heads across the organization
3 implement and maintain effective methods for gathering customer satisfaction data
4 develop plans and targets for the customer service team
5 delegate tasks to team leaders to ensure the smooth running of the department
6 analyze and interpret data relating to customer service effectiveness
7 manage and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and clients
8 control expenses and monitor budgets for the department
9 support other departments with customer-service-related issues
10 organize training and facilitate the development of the customer service team
11 assist appraisals of new and existing team members
12 Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
