  • Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations.

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Proven experience in customer support or call center operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated customer issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
