Sale Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by coordinating various tasks, managing communications, and providing essential administrative support.
- Order Processing:
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products/services.
- Maintain and update the sales order database.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the sales team.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Keep records of sales trends and customer activity.
- Sales records like Monthly, Quarterly, Weekly, and Daily Sales reports and the Funnel report to be prepared and to be shared with the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of customer data.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
6. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address inventory issues.
- Dispatch of materials & installation coordination with the concerned departments and people (Sales, Dispatch department, Transportation, Clients, Channel Partners)
7. Training and Development:
- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 3 to 5 years in the relevant field.
