- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret market trends, property performance data, and economic indicators to support investment decision-making.
- Perform financial modeling, including cash flow analysis, valuation, and feasibility studies for potential real estate investments.
- Assist in the due diligence process, evaluating property fundamentals, legal documents, and conducting site visits.
- Collaborate with the team to develop investment strategies and prepare investment proposals and presentations.
- Monitor and assess the performance of existing real estate portfolios, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Support the senior team in negotiating deals, structuring transactions, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
Required Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, investment banking, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, real estate valuation, and market research methodologies.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, property types, and investment metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex real estate analysis and investment proposals.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ARGUS, Excel, and real estate databases.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to real estate investments.
