This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and effective cross-selling initiatives. ● Analyze client profiles and purchase history to identify cross-selling opportunities. ● Understand client needs and pain points to tailor cross-selling strategies. ● Effectively communicate the value proposition of cross-selling to clients. ● Provide clear and concise information on additional products or services that meet client needs.
