Job Description:
Main Duites /Responsibility:
- Source new business , Generate and fulfill leads by implementing sales activities to achieve targets
- Meet with loan applicants to provide information about different options available and answer any queries
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Develop and maintain relationships with the clients to facilitate repeat business/referrals
- Process files for sanction and co-ordinate with credit staff for disbursement o loan
Develop networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products to accomplish quotas
