We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Operations. The Assistant Manager Operations will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, meet client expectations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular operational reviews to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Implement technology solutions to automate routine tasks and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
- Conduct regular client feedback sessions to gather insights and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide coaching and development to team members, promoting their professional growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the operations team.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment efforts and talent acquisition to build a high-performing team.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Process Excellence team to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and implement preventive measures.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather input for process optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services by implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address any issues affecting operational performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system.
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure staff members are well-trained on quality standards.
- Establish and communicate quality metrics to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in business process management or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
