Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, contributing to organizational decision-making.
- Spearhead initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, scalability, and flexibility.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring strict compliance with established processes and standards.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and flexibility.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain operational risk management strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and value creation.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conduct regular client reviews and ensure effective resolution of client concerns.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Develop and implement talent development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations team.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance during periods of organizational change or expansion.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment and talent acquisition to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for the operations team.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Process Excellence team to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to ensure alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and tools to streamline operations.
- Drive innovation in operational processes through the implementation of new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in senior management roles within business process management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
