Marketing Head
Job Description:
As Senior Manager, Business Development & Sales, you will be reporting into the Business Development organization, and will be required to drive the sales execution of your region including creating a sales execution plan and converting the plan into sales numbers for your region.
Job responsibilities:
Create a sales execution plan for your region aligned with the overall country business plan
Be responsible for lead generation, development and conversion for the region
Create and manage the complete channel network of the region
Own key accounts and develop strong relationships with end customers and consultants
Take ownership of translating customer requirements into winning proposals and closing them
Show leadership in driving business across the country by assisting the other regional teams
Job requirements:
Should have techno-commercial experience from selling IT solutions
Should have a strong network of System Integrators and Consultants
Should have strong client relationship development and management skills
Should be creative, self-motivated and excellence-driven with an ability to drive a team
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
Should be willing to travel when required
