Job Description:

Designation – Support Staff

Location – Mumbai Airport

(Work in 2 shifts : 6 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 12 AM)

 

  • Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter the storeWill be responsible for communication with passengers.
  • Your duties will include welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting passengers in understanding the app and booking procedures.
  • You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied.
  • Help in counter / boarding point ticketing when required
  • Attend to passengers and help him to bus boarding point

 

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Requirements -

  • HSC / Graduation
  • Age - 20+
  • Hardworking, Calm / able to politely help customers
  • Good English Communication
