Job Description:
Qualification : Any Graduate, 12th Std, Graduation apprearing, MBA HR
Exp : 0 to 2 yrs experience
collect & understand client requirements
Screening of candidates from various job portals, social media, References.
Conduct telephonic interview, Evaluate the candidate, Arrange next interview as per client schedule.
take follow up & complete the End To End Recruitment till joining
Coordination with Client for confirmation of candidates selection
Reporting weekly selections and joining to operation manager
