Job Description:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Operation Executive to help us supervise service team. The Executive Operations will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of the installations in his territory with the help of the service technicians and generating revenue through sales of spare parts resulting into zero downtime, breakdowns and customer call backs.

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Electrical engineering
Experience: min 4+ years experience with Technical background, supervise service technicians, collect sales order for spare parts.
Work location: Pune
Industry: Lift, Elevators, Excavators, Parking system.

Job Responsibilities
• Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his territory as per agree time lines and considering the WPS Safety and Quality standards. -
• Assign the call backs as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback.
• Plans the jobs and provides supervision to the service technicians for timely completion of the service.
• Propose sale of spare parts as and when situation demands.
• Co-ordinate with the HO for requirement of spares and components.
• Generate repair revenue as per the target set.
• Responsible for the implementation of technical training and technical circulars (TCs) for maintenance staff.
• Ensures deployment of maintenance people/ resources to the allotted operating locations, so that there is a balance between contract fulfilments, productivity and meeting customer expectations.
• Responsible for the payment collection.
• Quality inspection of the maintenance work carried out by his team.
• Sets objectives for his team in line with the Branch/ region objectives and bases on the guidelines provided by the company.
• Supervises the Engineers team to achieve the region targets on Mean Time Between Callbacks (MTBC), Customer satisfaction
• Assesses skills and competency for his team and uses various interventions like coaching, on the job training and classroom training in coordination with the HO
• Ensure compliance of CoC.

Qualification
• Must have experience in handling team
• Computer proficiency is must
• Highly self motivated
• Sales aptitude is must
• Must have good written and Verbal communication skills.
• Physical Fitness is must
