Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Solar Appointment Setter. As an integral part of our sales and marketing efforts, the successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to leads, engaging potential customers, and scheduling appointments for consultations with our experienced sales team.

Responsibilities:

 

Lead Outreach:

● Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.

● Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and our company's offerings.

● Build rapport and gather essential information to qualify leads.

 

Appointment Scheduling:

● Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team.

● Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.

● Utilize scheduling software and tools to manage appointments effectively.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

● Address customer inquiries and provide basic information about our solar products and services.

 

Performance Metrics:

● Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

● Provide regular reports on key performance metrics to the management team.

 

Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

● Excellent verbal communication skills.

● ability to articulate the benefits of solar energy clearly and persuasively.

Customer-Focused:

● customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping homeowners make informed decisions.

 

Sales Aptitude:

● Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is a plus.

● Basic understanding of sales processes and the ability to qualify leads effectively.

 

Organizational Skills:

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of outbound calls.

 

Team Player:

● Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with the sales and marketing teams
