We are currently seeking a Order Operations Associate for a reputable Dairy frame.

Job Description:

1.Order operation associate should be attending to all phone calls of customers taking orders from e-commerce website and through the telephone and in person. Feather dispatching the order through and delivery team assisted to them.

2. Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
3. Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all business sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
4. Manage all communication with all production department to ensure optimum fulfilment of all open sales orders.
5. Verify all order line and prepare order reports on everyday basis and manage respond to all inquiries for all status order and resolve all customer issues and prepare efficient schedule for delivery on the next day.
6. Monitor and evaluate all order issues and ensure accurate billing of all orders taken.
7. Most important candidate should speak fluent English and should have great communication skills and have knowledge to run basic computers.
8. Shall also do inventory.

Working days and timing:

Monday to Saturday and will be working on festival like – Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi new year.

7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

3.30 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.
