Project Management:
On site activities to ensure
completion of a project, within the
stipulated timeframe and
effective resource utilization to maximize output. Liaising
with consultants to determine technical and contractual
matters.
Reviewing hotel specifications & advising
accordingly of changes required, for meeting standards.
Strategy Planning
: Devising and implementing optimum
strategies, to ensure top line growth and bottom line
profitability, with a key emphasis to grow the business.
Business Operations
: Ensuring operational efficiency of
the highest standards in department’s viz.
Finance, HR,
Engineering House Keeping, food and Beverage and Front
Office through, the best in class training and overseeing
adherence to all brand standards.

Finance:
Finalizing revenue expense budgets and
monitoring the actual expenses to maintain opti
mum control
over branch expenditure and to ensure maintenance of
statutory books. Proposing Capital expenditure based on
ROI and constant review of all finances.
Marketing
: Overseeing the formulation of the best
marketing strategies, with emphasis of segme
nting and
targeting the potential customer/ markets and positioning our
services accordingly. Escalating brand visibility, through
implementing promotional strategies and PR skills.
Client Relationship:
Accountable to fore see the delivery of
high quality
service to our guests for maximum customer
experiences and delight in all satisfaction parameters
Liaising:
Managing industrial relations and liaising with all
stakeholders like Owners and the community at large to
ensure smooth functioning of the busines
s.
HRM
:
Identifying the human resource requirements and
initiating the recruitment process ensuring the best fit.
Managing the imparting of the best of training to ensure
consistent and quality delivery of service in all areas
