NATURE & SCOPE |
· The Project Lead is responsible for the smooth operations of various projects in coordination with the counselors. The Project Lead oversees, regulates and leads the various functions of the counselors and is a single contact point for the companies · His or her responsibilities include implementing the projects effectively as per the KPIs of the company, deciding and measuring program deliverables, both qualitative as well as quantitative. · The PH needs to have a thorough understanding of the project and must be able to satisfy the demands of the client in the time bound manner. The PH is also a face of company for the customers. PH is responsible for his team’s performance and is instrumental in getting the best performance out of his team. |
4. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES |
Major Accountabilities
Defining program deliverables based on company KPIs and helping the team of counsellors to achieve them. Achieving call targets of the team as per the standards and performance indicators set by Company Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. through effective implementation of strategies and tactics. Compiling the data gathered by the team and generating reports as per the requirements of the clients and sharing the reports with the clients. Sending inventory reports. Maintaining the records in the form of documents and CDs as per client’s requirement for the audit purpose. Reviewing the team performance and arranging for refreshers training from time to time. |
· 5. PROFILE (Education & Experience) |
v Should be organised and possess good communication skills v Should be able to work with limited resources, yet keeping high ambitions v Degree in science or counselling from a reputed university v Post-graduate in any discipline is an added advantage v Should have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience in healthcare and patient relationship segment in a reputed organization |
