Qualification: MBA in HR, MPM
Experience: minimum 15+ yrs from Vehicle body shop / heavy fabrication manufacturing industry only.
Work location: Chakan in Pune. Must be nearby chakan industry.
Job profile;
HR Generalist, Recruitment, Selection, manpower plan process to ensure right talent with resolve employee"s Grievances.
Interaction with employees, ensure peaceful industrial relations.
Disciplinary Actions, legal matters, Employee engagement activities.
To oversee Time Office and Payroll Management, Statutory compliances, Liasoning with government authorities.
Day to day interactions with workers and Recruitment & selection and PMS, Wage Settlement
Gender: Male
Salary: Rs 12 to 18 Lac per annum
