Job Description:

Designation : HR Recruiter

Salary : Negotiable as per experience

Location : Bhubaneswar

QUALIFICATION: MBA

Experience :Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

NOTE: REQUIRED ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINER(FEMALE)

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1.Incumbent must have competency of using modern techniques of hiring, leadership hiring using social media tools, Linked In, job portals, referrals and working with recruitment firms and connect with management institutes for campus selections.

2.She must possess high order skills to hire right candidates and on time as per the organization Structure.

3.Will be responsible to maintain MIS, Trackers and dashboards on recruitment analytics.

4.Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.

5.Responsible for other HR functions like PMS, Talent Retention, HR Policies along side the primary focus on Talent Acquisition.

 

KRAs:

 

  1. Leadership Hiring as per Approved Critical Hiring Plan.
  2. Ensure that the TAT is maintained for all approved open positions as per different levels of hiring.
  3. Maintain hiring costs of different sources of hiring within the budget.
  4. Collaborate with Hiring Consultants, portal partners and ensure that the positions are hired as per the Checklist.
  5. Ensure 100% of on-boarding the candidates and meet 90% of Strike rate.
  6. Negotiate the Compensation expectations of candidates as per the internal parity norms of the company and also ensure that the candidates join early.
  7. Maintain a flow and pipeline of candidates with back up candidates to ensure that the gap is minimized and 90% manning is maintained at all times.
