3. Ensure consistency in visual style and quality across all edited content.

4. Use industry-standard software for photo and video editing, color correction, and retouching.

5. Keep up-to-date with trends in editing techniques and software to continually improve skills.

6. Manage and organize a library of visual assets for easy retrieval and repurposing.

7. Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for visual content.

8. Meet project deadlines and production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.

9. Provide constructive feedback to optimize the work of photographers and videographers.

10. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in photo and video editing.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as a Photo and Video Editor or a similar role.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in photo and video editing.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

4. Understanding of color grading, composition, and visual storytelling principles.

5. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.

7. Strong communication skills to understand and convey creative concepts.

8. Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field.
