AVP – Payable and Automation(financial control) Mumbai

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage the implementation of accounting automation solutions across the
company
 Work with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored automation solutions
 Develop and execute project plans, including managing project scope, budget, timeline, and
resources
 Manage and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including accounting, IT, and
operations
 Monitor project progress and identify and proactively address potential issues
 Prepare and present MIS reports on project progress and outcomes
 Keep up-to-date on the latest accounting automation technologies and trends
Additional Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
 Experience with accounting automation software and tools, such as RPA, BPM, and AI
 Experience with Agile project management methodologies preferred

Acceptance Criteria:
 The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and/or project
management.
 The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in managing and implementing
accounting automation solutions
 The candidate must have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage
multiple projects concurrently, track progress, and meet deadlines.
 The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the
ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
 The candidate must be able to prepare and present MIS reports.
 The candidate must be a team player, go-getter, self-motivated, with good communication
skills.
  Experience in team handling (more than 25-30 team members)
