Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Project Manager for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali(W), Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and control the construction of civil works, infrastructure, and services at project sites within the framework of specifications, timelines, and costs.
- Reports to the construction manager.
- Flair for planning, scheduling, proactive coordination, and contractor management.
- Ability to ramp up projects through timely interventions.
- Quality and safety conscious and systems-oriented.
- Provides leadership, acts as an advisor to contractors, mentors supporting engineers, and inculcates discipline at sites.
Candidates profile:

Degree holder / postgraduate with a minimum of 15 years in residential or commercial real estate high-rise projects in Mumbai.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
