Job Description:

We are having an opening for the position of Senior Sales Consultant with one of our very reputed clients at Real Estate industry at Thane (W) Location.

 

Job Description:

The position requires the candidate to establish contact with the customers and understand their requirements. Thereafter, creating success stories and providing a first class sales service to the customer and the company as well.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with the premium builders in Thane.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Coordinating with the presales team and following up with the leads provided.
  • Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Keeping in touch with clients via calls, SMS and emails to update / notify them about the development.
  • Taking the appointment of the customers and visiting the sites with the customers.
  • Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
  • Bringing the customer to closure and gradually closing the deal by completing all the legal and monetary formalities.

Age - 35

Candidates Profile:

  • Experience of 3 – 5 Years in the real estate sales sector.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Well organized, tenacious, and resourceful.
  • Good track record
