Job Title: Lead Recruiter - Business Process Services (BPS) - Volume Hiring

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to join our team in the Business Process Services (BPS) division, with a specialized focus on volume hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, leading a team of recruiters, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of top talent for our BPS operations. The Lead Recruiter will play a crucial role in efficiently scaling our workforce to meet business demands.

Responsibilities:

Volume Hiring Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective volume hiring strategies to meet the dynamic staffing needs of our BPS operations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and design scalable recruitment processes.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters specializing in volume hiring.
  • Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's skills in managing high-volume recruitment.

End-to-End Volume Recruitment:

  • Oversee the entire volume recruitment lifecycle, ensuring streamlined processes and timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Implement innovative and efficient sourcing methods to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.

Candidate Pipeline Management:

  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to quickly respond to high-volume hiring demands.
  • Implement proactive recruitment strategies to identify and engage potential candidates.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze volume recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on volume hiring activities, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand volume hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and managing large-scale communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in high-volume hiring within the BPO or similar industry.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, specifically in volume hiring, is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of volume recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
