Job Description:
- Originate & maintain relationships with domestic and international institutions, investment banks, private banks, wealth management firms, large family offices and UHNIs to raise capital for India Business- including development as well as core investments.
- Preparing financial cash flow models and making high quality sell side pitch-decks
- Participate in fund-raise strategy and fee negotiations.
- Investor relations, Fund structuring, Documentation
