Job Description:

Position:         Manager - Production (Have to handle 3 -4 plants as Group Plant Incharge)

Location:        Valsad

Experience:    12 - 15 Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements.
• Ensure the safety of staff, equipment and the neighbourhood, and that operations comply with environmental requirements.
• Ensure that equipment undergoing maintenance is made safe.
• Ensure that operating instructions and quality assurance documents are updated and followed.
• Ensure that people are motivated and efficient in order to maintain high-level team performance.
• Help to improve the facility’s productivity and operating conditions.
• Help to foster greater synergy between Production, Maintenance and Inspection.
• Responsible for the technical coordination and control of the chemical production processes.
• Providing training on operations to all the employees.

Required Skills :-

• Proficiency in chemical engineering and conducting reactions.
• Managing people and equipment.
• Process safety knowledge
• Execellent Communication skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech- Chemical

Salary:- Upto 18.00 LPA
