Job Description:
Education Counsellor
Candidates from financial industry preferred.
Experience in Sales is mandatory
It is a sales profile , excellent communication skills
Workdays – Tuesday to Sunday –(Monday off as there are seminars etc on weekends )
Will involve travel to other cities for Seminars etc
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Daily calling of the leads assigned for webinars, events, up selling premium products to existing clients.
- Maintaining call tracker reports and feedback to the manager by EOD.
- Ensuring given revenue target is achieved for the month thus contributing towards achievement of team target.
- Counselling clients for online and on location events.
- Ensuring show rate - attendees and closures from the leads assigned.
- Ensuring no escalations, violation of compliance policies.
- Generating referrals from existing database to get more revenue.
- Following the sales process – end to end.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribution towards overall achievement of the sales target – premium education sales.
Thus contributing towards overall revenue and growth of the company.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Graduate
