Job Description:
- Work Location: Mumbai, BKC office
Core Job Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value-added service.
- Experience creating high-quality dashboards, detailed reports and presentations
- Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and key performance indicators
- Co-ordination with different stakeholders, zonal managers, NSM, marketing colleagues, Commx Team
- Drive execution and productivity levels of the field force by supporting the Sales and Marketing Teams
- Preparing business review presentations
- Should have experience in master management in SAP and other systems (Hierarchy, stockist mapping, etc.)
- Creation of KPI reports, effort data reports in Salesforce.com
- Perform quality checks in Salesforce.com before initiating requests with vendors.
- Co-ordination with vendor for secondary sales processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate incentive disbursements.
- Target setting to establish fair performance goals for field force.
- Provide on going support to field force and ensure availability of up to date knowledge of processes and systems with all field colleagues
- Conduct training sessions on existing systems and processes with field force and new joinee
Analysis
- Close interaction with business and support in creation of various dashboards and analyze the large amount of information/data to discover trends or patterns
- Present data to provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns through Dashboards
- Understand all integrated data sets and masters and perform analysis on combined data sets to identify critical business insights
- Analyze all incentive related data which help business to leverage timely, actionable information to improve the quality of decisions.
Documentation & Co-ordination:
- Understand and documentation of business requirements (BRD)
- Co-ordination with field force different stakeholders, IT, PMO, SFE, division heads, commercial directors
- Vendor Management
Position Accountability/Scope/ Size / Complexity:
- Gather, document and analyze business requirements
- Data analysis with integrated data sets
- Stakeholder management
- Ensure accurate and appropriate information reaches to senior management
Education & experience:
- Graduate and/or MBA
- Preferably B.Tech, Engineer and/or MBA
- Min 4-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics
