Job Summary:
The in-house architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction or renovation of buildings and structures within the organization. Working closely with various departments, the in-house architect ensures that the design aligns with the company's objectives, meets regulatory standards, and optimizes functionality.
Job Description:
Develop the concept design, detailed working drawings and prepare presentations. Plan, design and supervise major renovations, remodeling and additions. Handle clients, project managers and take up the site responsibilities individually.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Architect, or Project Architect in any reputed Interior Industry.
- Knowledge of Drafting Software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with latest architectural design trends and developments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Having an eye for detail.
- Highly motivated and creative individual.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and stressful situations.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.

Experience:
- Must have Strong Exp. in Corporate Office Interior Projects.: 5 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Drafting Software like Auto CAD, Civil 3D.: 5 years (Preferred)
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.: 5 years (Preferred)
- Architect/Project Architect: 5 years (Preferred)
- Immediate Joiners or 10-15 Days Max: 5 years (Preferred)
- Qualification: B.ARCH / DIPLOMA: 5 years (Preferred)
- Gender: M/F: 5 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English, Hindi, Kannada, / Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu. (Any) (Preferred)
