Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Telecaller - Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting products or services over the phone. Your primary objective is to build rapport with prospects, articulate product benefits, and successfully close sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:

    • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided contact list.
    • Introduce products or services, highlighting key features and benefits.
  2. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
    • Maintain a database of leads and update information accurately.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of the products or services being offered.
    • Communicate product details persuasively to potential customers.
  4. Sales Pitch:

    • Develop and deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect.
    • Overcome objections and address concerns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  5. Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
    • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
  6. Target Achievement:

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales management.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
    • Generate regular reports on call outcomes, leads generated, and sales closed.
  8. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, discuss strategies, and contribute to overall team success.
    • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or sales executive, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in delivering sales pitches.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.
