MACHINE OPERATOR - FRESHER

Job Description:

1. Machine Operation:

   • Operate and monitor production machinery involved in the manufacturing of solar panels.
   • Set up machines according to product specifications and ensure proper calibration.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.

2. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of solar panels.
   • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality production standards.
   • Collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations and implement corrective actions.

3. Maintenance:

   • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
   • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or potential issues.
   • Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules.

4. Safety Compliance:

   • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
   • Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety awareness.

5. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with team members, engineers, and other departments to achieve production goals.
   • Communicate effectively to report progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in solar panel production.
• Technical knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in machine operation.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills for machine control interfaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.
