National Sales Manager (Bank Assets Vertical Insurance)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing PAN India business Sales and target (GWP-Gross written premium) achievement by driving health insurance products sales for 2 of the important channels of leading Bank Assets vertical,
- Managing a team size of 250+ Area Managers/Relationship Managers including regular review & tracking of team performance.
- This role required extensive travel along with managing the TPP/CBMs of the Bank and their sales line team.
- Managing, and formulating plans for all sales initiatives, conducting RNR, and driving insurance sales from Bank Assets for pan India.
- Drive partner (Bank Assets) sales team activation & lead generator activation through regular & systematic engagement with Bank representatives across levels,
- Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities, building team capability through regular training interventions.
- Organize sales campaigns, and conduct training at partner bank branches.
- Constantly work on the Feedback from the Bank Assets Team in building up the zones
- Ensure Productivity Measures (Case Rate, Case Size, Seller Activation, Health Cross sell etc.)
- Top talent retention & hiring
- Ensuring Healthy Cross-functional relationships & Liaison within organizational internal stakeholders (Operations, Product (Creating New Value Proposition for new LOB), Marketing & HR)
Requirements:
- Post Graduate from Tier 2 / 3 College with relevant experience is preferred
- 10+ experience in Insurance, from a Bancassurance background. Prefer candidates currently part of bank relationships, along with experience in handling assets insurance.
- Preferred that candidate has handled Bank partnerships in last 2 stints.
