Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing the insurance sales strategy for the Partner Bank.
- Stitching the process between internal and external stakeholders, product launch, sales requirements, and engagement with partner bank HDFC Bank HO especially with their TPP and Program Team.
- External stakeholders – Managing Bank central level TPP and Business line team, engaging more with them and most of the time should be based out of Bank staff
- Managing, and formulating plans for sales strategic initiatives, conducting RNR for driving insurance sales from the partner Bank for pan India.
- Drive partner sales team activation & lead generator activation through regular & systematic engagement with Bank representatives across levels,
- Constantly work on the Feedback from the Bank Partners
- Ensure Productivity Measures (Case Rate, Case Size, Seller Activation, Health Cross sell etc.)
Requirements:
- Female candidate with Post Graduate from Tier 2 / 3 College with relevant experience is preferred
- 5+ experience in Insurance sales strategy from a Bancassurance background, currently part of the bancassurance sales strategy for PAN India.
- Position to be based out of Mumbai (South Mumbai).
- Very good with PPTs and Excel
- Domain knowledge – Bank Insurance programs
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with good experience in sales strategy and Project Management
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and reasoning skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities.
- Persistent & Result oriented
- Agility to perform in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
