Job Description:

Sales & Marketing
a) Marketing of Pump Sets. Selection of Pumps & Motor Depending upon the application, duty conditions & site Conditions.
b) Preventive Maintenance of Pumps sets.
c) Analyzing various customer's complain & taking corrective actions.
d) Selection of Pumps, Motor & Engines depending upon the application, duty conditions & site conditions.
e) Supervision of Installation of Pump Sets & Control unit.
f) Commissioning of Pump Sets.
g) Preventive Maintenance of Pumps sets.
h) After Sales Services.
i) Analyzing various customer's complain & taking corrective actions.
j) Marketing of Pump Sets.
k) Attending different Dealers Meets.
l) Provide technical support & customer service on site within the region & wherever required.
m) Troubleshoot & investigate & resolve technical problem that arose during implementation, Working & startup.
n) Giving training to customer personal for booking order, Handling & updating complaints
o) Supervision of Installation & commissioning at site.
p) Approaching untapped customer for collecting pump population, post warranty services & generation spare Inquiry.
q) Conducting technical seminar to clients which helps to increase understanding, trust level & after sales Business.
r) Satisfy customer by solving their Problems.
s) Monitoring spare delivery lead time to customer.
t) Maintain all solar selected pumps in field and resolve as soon.
