Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:
- Install and commission products or systems at customer locations.
- Ensure proper setup and configuration according to technical specifications.

Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment or systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify and implement solutions.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components.

Customer Support:
- Provide technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Training and Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Create and update technical documentation, manuals, and service reports.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that service activities meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations and repairs.

Remote Diagnostics:
- Utilize remote diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve technical issues when on-site visits are not feasible.

Collaboration with Sales and Engineering Teams:
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Communicate customer feedback and technical insights to the engineering team for product improvement.

Inventory Management:
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for service activities.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of required components.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during service activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product developments.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant technical tools and software.
- Willingness to travel for on-site service visits.
