Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and cultivate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
    • Research and analyze potential clients to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  2. Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
  3. Sales Funnel Management:

    • Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
  4. Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
    • Close deals and ensure the successful completion of sales transactions.
  5. Sales Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing performance metrics and achievements.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Marketing:

  1. Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to reach target audiences.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall business goals.
  2. Content Creation:

    • Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including promotional materials, social media posts, and blog articles.
    • Ensure content is consistent with the brand message and values.
  3. Digital Marketing:

    • Implement digital marketing campaigns using various channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Use research findings to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
  5. Event Coordination:

    • Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
    • Represent the organization at industry events to promote products and build relationships.
  6. Budget Management:

    • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a positive return on investment.
    • Monitor expenses and allocate resources efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
