Shift Timings

 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM and 8.30 PM to 5.30AM (Night Shift)

Qualification

Degree or Equivalent experience

Experience Required

Total:  3-5 years                                           

   

           

Role Description: This position will be responsible for generating new streams of revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in new business development with an exposure to international outbound sales.  

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of customer queries/tickets. Responding to queries within expected timelines.
  • Upselling/cross selling different services of the business.
  • Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer.

                      Mandatory Skills

A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended:

 

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Prior US outbound calling experience & familiar with US culture.

·         Go getter and willing to learn the niche product offerings.

·         Experience in customer service and Upselling/Cross selling.

·         Must be able to operate basic Microsoft Office apps.
