Assembly Engineer

Job Description:

Main Purpose of the Job:
Overall assembly responsibility of the assembly area in the mold shop IM Hyderabad.
Main Responsibilities:
 Performing all the mold assembly.
 Mould Trouble shooting during / After/During assembly.
 Preparing the Mould Trial Reports.
 Addressing & Co-Ordinating the ECN along with the Design & manufacturing.
 Tracking all the deviations during assembly / after Mould Trials.
 MouldBase & Hot Runner Inspection.
 Hot Runner assembly & Trouble shooting.
 Mould elements verification as & when it gets ready .
 Cross verification of Inspection reports from AMS Quality.
 Ensure to deliver the mould in the defined time and quality
 Mould Assembly Inventory monitoring.
 Taking care of 5S in the area of working
 Hands on Experience on Hydraulics & Pneumatics
 Train New joiners in line with the AMS Expectation.
Education/Experience:
 Diploma in Tool & Diemaking from GT & TC / NTTF
 Strong leadership skills
 Able to work under pressure
 6-7 years’ experience in Mould Assembly Department
 Good Communication & Documentation skill.
 Willingness to travel
