Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sales Head / City Head for a reputed Real Estate Industry in the Pune (Baner Road) location.

Objective of the role:

  • Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing sales strategy
  • Responsible for the revenue target for the region/project
  • Create a high performing team

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Training and coaching of the new and existing team members
  • Supporting problem resolution and decision-making
  • Conducting timely performance evaluations
  • Dealing with performance problems and terminations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Area Handling (Based on location)
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented leader who has extensive and sound Relationship Management with Superiors, Developers & the Team experience, with an outstanding past result.
  • On boarding new Developers and maintaining relationships with the existing Developers with the company.
  • Accountable for Business Plans & Sales and report to AVP/Sales Head.
  • Market intelligence updates to be provided to the management of the company.
  • Accountable for productivity of the employee and overall ROI too.
  • Responsible for SOPs of the company to be adhered to.
  • The individual should be able to achieve personal and team targets simultaneously.
  • Review financial reports and take necessary actions to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Should be responsible for handling a larger Team across entire territory.

Candidates Profile:

  • Highly motivated
  • Target-oriented
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience and above in Real Estate sales or similar role
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and manage a high performing team
  • Ability to understand what the Superior/Management has set the goal and able to achieve it.
  • Team Size handle more than 30 with revenue size of 30-40 Crores per Month.
  • Experience with CRM software
